Coaching is a unique conversation that is 100% focused on you. My role is to listen to what you're saying (or sometimes not saying) and share observations or connections that it's unlikely you've thought about before.
It’s a transformational journey where I ask insightful questions to help you think about your challenges differently and create your toolkit to overcome any blockers to achieving a fulfilled career.
A core principle of coaching is that everyone is whole and does not need to be fixed.
I won’t tell you what you should do but I will create a safe space so you can fully explore all options available to you.

What to Expect?
Some clients feel nervous about making the first call or talking about sensitive challenges. My friendly and compassionate style quickly puts you at ease and allows you to say whatever you need to.
In our first session, we'll take the time to explore what you want to achieve and how we will measure success.
Then, each session is like taking a journey beginning with a vague idea of where you're heading on a map, taking the time to explore, noticing what's around you, what you find interesting, what you want to avoid, and where you think your destination is - this may change or you may take a meandering path to explore other crossroads to get there, but we end all sessions checking-in on what you've learned, and what you need to do next.
My Approach
I take a pragmatic approach to coaching tools and models, using different techniques to get the best out of our conversation.
I lean towards Cognitive Behaviour Coaching and Transactional Analysis as both offer a framework to understand how your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings are linked. This approach focuses on developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence to help you to have a fulfilled career.
I understand that your time is precious and you have many competing demands. I have a flexible approach and will support you in balancing investing time in coaching and your day-to-day job.
