About Me

Before my career as a Leadership Coach, I worked in HR for more than 15 years coaching senior leaders to support organisational change and growth, and managing the full remit of an HR Business Partner. My experience includes supporting start-up organisations with their People Strategy, and providing new managers with the tools and training needed to be successful.

I created Brinnand Coaching to focus on helping people to succeed through coaching. My passion is to support all levels of leaders to get the best from themselves and their teams to enable a fulfilled career.

My friendly style creates a unique space where you can authentically consider what is important to you, where you want to be, and how you can get there.

Drawing on a range of coaching tools and techniques, my style is to ask insightful questions and make observations to encourage new ways of thinking.

My Qualifications

I have a 2:1 degree in Business Studies as well as a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of West of England in Bristol.

In 2019, I completed an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Fundamentals of Coaching and Mentoring and am currently completing ILM Level 7 Executive & Senior Level Coaching.

My Values

I pride myself on creating a safe space for you to be able to say whatever you need to say with no judgement. I am relaxed and honest - and will challenge you in the right way for you.

I am naturally collaborative and love working in partnership with clients.

Its important to me:

  • To have a mutual respect and to be able to warmly challenge to bring about new ways of thinking

  • To cultivate a space with no judgement so you can bring your whole self

  • To allow you the time and space to think and reflect

  • To act with compassion and with deeply rooted ethics
